OtterBox iPad Commuter & Defender Series Now Available!
Since getting my iPad, I have been patiently waiting for the release of OtterBox’s Commuter and Defender Series cases. Well good news arrived today when OtterBox dropped me an email to let me know both are now available for purchase from their website. The cases are a little more expensive, but if you love your iPad its really a must have. If you order either of these cases they will start shipping within 7-10 business days. Sadly OtterBox hasn’t announced the Impact Series for the iPad, but if you’re looking for protection this is it.
The OtterBox Commuter Series for the Apple iPad features dual layered protection with coverage for all ports. The Commuter also offers snap-off access for the OEM Apple Dock, however its not included with the package.But you do get a screen protector included with it. Awesome protection like this will run you about $64.95 from OtterBox.
The OtterBox Defender Series for the Apple iPad is for those who are rough of their devices, and require lots of protection. The Defender Series is a three layered case, with a polycarbonate shell. What’s cool about the Defender Series is it includes a stand to display your device, plus snap-off access for the OEM Apple Dock. Like the Commuter Series this case will also protect all plugs and ports. You can grab this case from OtterBox for $89.95.
