We’ve had a ton of people asking why OtterBox doesn’t offer their Strength case for the BlackBerry Bold 9700. But good news has arrived today, OtterBox announced the pink colored Strength Case is coming soon for the Bold 9700. These cases join the BlackBerry Curve 8500 series and Pearl 3G in the Strength family. As you may know the Strength cases help the cure for Breast Cancer, by donating 10% of the purchase price to the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade.

So you’ve been dying to get your hands on a white colored Apple iPhone 4, but as you know Apple has delayed them until late 2010. Well you if you already own an iPhone 4 you could get it painted white. As we reported last week Colorware is now custom coloring the iPhone 4 (and the earbuds) for around $250+. This means you could have your iPhone custom painted white (back, sides, front button, and sim card tray) for approximately $315. Sadly Colorware isn’t able to paint the front glass, therefore you will have a white/black combo.

I’ve got a collection of Bluetooth headsets in my drawer, but none that look as nice as the Jabra STONE in white. You may remember a couple of months ago, we reported that AT&T was picking up the white colored Jabra STONE exclusively, well guess what? It’s time for us to get our hands on it and really test it out. The Jabra STONE is one of the coolest design headsets on the market (in my opinion). Apple to offer Free Bumper Cases to Solve Antenna Issue…

In case you missed it in the news today, Apple held a press conference, and let everyone know that the iPhone 4 isn’t the only smartphone to have “antenna issues”. Apple has admitted the new iPhone 4 is plagued with some sort of design flaw, which can cause loss of signal, when your iPhone a certain way without a case. Apple’s solution to solve this issue is to offer every single iPhone 4 customer (all three million + of them). Apple will be offering a free bumper case, and for those who have already purchased one – Apple will refund the $30.

Apple plans to offer one free bumper to anyone, anywhere in the world, and if they run out of bumpers they’ll offer up some other type of case. The offer is good until September 30, 2010 and might be extended if needed past then. You will be able to claim your free bumper case on Apple.com starting next week.

One model went to Sprint (in the United States), the other model went to International carriers, like Telus in Canada. Incase makes some pretty sweet Apple accessories, and recently they announced their new Apple iPhone 4 lineup. Incase plans to release four styles of cases, in tons of different colors. Below are some shots of the different products which will be available shortly. Incase’s new cases for the iPhone 4 include: Slider Case, Snap Case and Protective Cover with styles, and the Perforated Snap Case. Incase has not announced any pricing as of yet, but currently their iPhone 3GS cases start at $29.95. You can read more details on the upcoming Incase iPhone 4 lineup here.

OtterBox iPad Commuter & Defender Series Now Available!

Since getting my iPad, I have been patiently waiting for the release of OtterBox’s Commuter and Defender Series cases. Well good news arrived today when OtterBox dropped me an email to let me know both are now available for purchase from their website. The cases are a little more expensive, but if you love your iPad its really a must have. If you order either of these cases they will start shipping within 7-10 business days. Sadly OtterBox hasn’t announced the Impact Series for the iPad, but if you’re looking for protection this is it.

The OtterBox Commuter Series for the Apple iPad features dual layered protection with coverage for all ports. The Commuter also offers snap-off access for the OEM Apple Dock, however its not included with the package.But you do get a screen protector included with it. Awesome protection like this will run you about $64.95 from OtterBox.

The OtterBox Defender Series for the Apple iPad is for those who are rough of their devices, and require lots of protection. The Defender Series is a three layered case, with a polycarbonate shell. What’s cool about the Defender Series is it includes a stand to display your device, plus snap-off access for the OEM Apple Dock.
